Frameless Shower with swinging door: Frameless shower glass is the most updated, elegant looking shower. It is either 3/8" or 1/2" glass. Being "frameless" means it does not have any aluminum framing around any of the glass. Rather, it uses clips mounted to the tile to hold the glass. Frameless Sliding Shower: This type of frameless shower does not have a swing door, but rather one or both of the panels slide with "barn door" style rollers at the top of the unit.
